- Scheduling
Nexus performs scheduling operations with Primavera scheduling and Microsoft project software’s. This allows us to choose from various scheduling/reporting forms to best suit the individual project. These schedules can be updated on a regular basis to track overall performance or sorted for detailed short-term progress. This scheduling process begins with preliminary schedules, which are detailed as the drawings progress. As the schedule develops, the trade contractors are requested to review all time frames addressing their work phases. Final schedules are developed with subcontractor input. All schedules are updated on a daily or weekly basis and are continuously altered in such a way that ensures us to meet the present target dates.
- Estimating Services
We have a dedicated team providing estimating services to contractors and developers as well as private individuals. We work with our clients to ensure they are getting the most competitive prices. We can offer anything from a Budget price to a comprehensive fully designed tender.
